Our History
In October 1996, our founder, Willie Pettigrew, affectionally called, Uncle Willie catered an industry event. There he met the owner of a popular Dallas-based seafood restaurant chain, who expressed his interest in carrying our pecan pie tartlets on the dessert menu and the rest is pretty much history.
Wholesale
Monday through Friday, we are a wholesale bakery! We service local restaurants, caterers, and chefs with southern-style desserts to enhance their menus. So you may have had our dessert out and about, and have no idea!

Events
WE LOVE EVENTS! Weddings and special events are our most creative opportunities. We get so much delight in creating sweet once-in-a-lifetime moments! While pie is in our name, our Event menu is filled to the brim with cakes, shooters, mousses, cheesecakes, and of course - pie! If you can dream it, we can bake it, and ensure it is displayed beautifully at your event.

Cicily Waites
Hi, my name is Cicily AKA CeCe. I am the second-generation owner of my family business, alongside my husband, Darren.
My dad founded the bakery in 1996. I have always loved visual and culinary arts, and now I get to work in both worlds as a career!

I am a proud graduate of THE Wiley College with a Bachelors Degree in Education. I have since developed a love for cooking and baking. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m tending to my chickens, playing video games, and spending time with family.

A U.S. Navy veteran and founder of Uncle Willie's Pies. I spent my career traveling the world, catering and baking for clients. I am fully retired now and enjoying life. I am proud to see the legacy I built live on and reach higher heights.
